With a career spanning both academic and therapeutic settings, Dr Greem specializes in mental health and wellness across diverse populations, with a particular interest in how culture shapes psychological outcomes.泭泭

Her current work is inspired by research that suggests lifestyle factors - such as diet, social interaction, and daily routines - play a significant role in mental health. The goal of her research is to explore how core elements of Italian lifestylespecifically culinary traditions, community-centered values, shared meals, food preparation and traditional eating practices -泭 impact mental health, and how these outcomes differ from those commonly seen in the United States.
